Steve has always had a passion for real estate. At just 19, he purchased his first investment property with little experience and even less knowledge—but somehow, he managed to fall on his feet! That first property sparked a journey that led to the creation of his successful and ever-growing property portfolio.
Before diving full-time into real estate acquisitions, Steve spent five years shaping young minds as a Grade 5/6 primary school teacher. He often says, "If I could build a property portfolio on a teacher's income, anyone can do it!" Today, he has successfully completed over 600 real estate acquisitions for his clients while managing his own thriving portfolio.
With more than 20 years in the market, Steve speaks firsthand about the financial blessings and opportunities that investment properties can bring.
